This month's highlight is Guidance on Ethics of Tuberculosis Prevention, Care and Control, from the World Health Organization's Stop TB Department and the Department of Ethics, Equity, Trade and Human Rights. This document addresses a broad range of ethical issues arising in TB programs, ranging from informed consent and isolation to health care workers' rights and obligations, and clinical and epidemiological studies.
