This month's highlight is a patient education material developed by the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. The booklet, Learn About Tuberculosis: What Everyone Should Know, describes how TB is transmitted, the differences between latent TB infection and active TB disease, diagnosis, and treatment.
