This month's highlight, Best Practice for Care of Patients with TB: A Guide for Low-Income Countries, from the International Union Against Tuberculosis and Lung Disease (The Union), is a manual that illustrates the practical aspects of patient care from onset of symptoms to treatment completion. Mainly based on field-gathered evidence, it aims to give health-care workers the tools to provide the highest quality of care.
