The purpose of this monthly newsletter is to inform you about the featured Highlight of the Month, additional helpful resources in the database, and other updates to the website.

This month's highlight is the Interactive Core Curriculum on Tuberculosis: What the Clinician Should Know, from the CDC Division of Tuberculosis Elimination. The Interactive Core Curriculum is a web-based course that provides clinicians with the basic concepts of diagnosing and treating latent TB infection and TB disease. The course is based on the print-based Core Curriculum and includes chapters on transmission, pathogenesis, testing, diagnosis, treatment, and infection control.
