This month’s highlight is 2016 ATS/CDC/IDSA Clinical Practice Guidelines: Treatment of Drug-Susceptible Tuberculosis Webinar. This national webinar was jointly sponsored by the Curry International TB Center, the Global TB Institute at Rutgers, the Heartland National TB Center, the Mayo Clinic Center for TB, and the Southeastern National TB Center. The webinar provides an overview of the guidelines development process, key changes in recommendations, and the evidence supporting the changes to the guidelines.
