Find TB Resources Section 508 and Accessibility Remediation Plan

The purpose of this document is to describe areas of the FindTB Resources Website that do not comply with Section 508 Guidelines, workarounds currently in place for visitors that require special assistance, and a plan of action for remediating these weaknesses in the future.

  • Search Materials and Advanced Search Page
    Users that do not have Javascript enabled cannot access the search pages and pagination.
    Current Solution Workaround: Currently, a <noscript> message shows up instructing users to contact an NPIN Information Specialist for assistance.
    Remediation Plan: Future upgrades to this system will provide a way to access search that does not rely on Javascript.

Planning for Accessibility

All new content added to FindTB Resources is developed to comply with Section 508 Guidelines. In addition, the site is re-evaluated periodically to ensure compliance standards are met.
