Abstract

This information sheet discusses treatment for latent TB infection using isoniazid. It reminds patients to of thinks they need to do while taking this drug, including contacting the clinician if they have questions, keeping appointments and what to discuss at the appointments, adhering to the treatment regimen, and informing other physicians about the treatment. It also includes tips to help patients take their medicine, the schedule for taking the medicine, a space for entering the name of the doctor and clinic and telephone number, and a list adverse events that may occur and what to do about them.
