TB Program Evaluation Handbook

This report is a TB program evaluation, which is designed to complement the general CDC Introduction to Program Evaluation for Public Health Programs manual. It contains background information, goals and objectives of a TB program, and reasons for evaluating TB prevention and control programs and explains why the CDC evaluation framework should be used. It lists the characteristics of a good evaluation team, as well as the six steps involved in making an evaluation: (1) engage stakeholders, (2) describe the program, (3) focus the evaluation design, (4) gather credible evidence, (5) justify conclusions, (6) ensure use and share lessons learned.
