This document describes the steps necessary to implement the shorter regimen and the new drugs for drug-resistant TB treatment, including diagnosis and bacterial confirmation of drug resistance, treatment regimen design, monitoring of treatment efficacy and safety, and programmatic evaluation.Audience(s):
